Transcultures<\/a> is een interdisciplinair centrum voor digitale en audiovisuele kunsten, dat werd opgericht in 1996 en vandaag opereert de site<\/span><\/span> Bois-du-Luc. Mus\u00e9e de la Mine et du D\u00e9veloppement Durable<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Transcultures (transcultures.be) zet zowel in op productie, verspreiding, onderzoek als sensibilisering om innovatieve artistieke toepassingen te ontwikkelen. Naast de jaarlijkse organisatie van evenementen, residenties, workshops, congressen en netwerking, co\u00f6rdineert Transcultures ook twee festivals: City Sonic<\/a>, een internationaal festival voor geluidskunst en de Bi\u00ebnnale Transnumeriques<\/a>, voor opkomende digitale kunst (transnumeriques.be).<\/p>\n

Transcultures is ook partner in diverse Europese projecten en internationale uitwisseling voor coproductie en verspreiding, en co\u00f6rdineert ook de Europese Creatieve<\/span><\/span> Pepinieres<\/a> voor de Federatie Walloni\u00eb-Brussel.<\/p>\n
